I wanted to put this here. Maybe I should change the descrip of the forum to include tv shows, too. Aw well.

I was waiting for the King of the Jungle 2 show to come out on Animal Planet. Cause King of the Jungle 1 ruled. I mean. #1 had people doing dangerious but practical stuff that had to do with teamwork - like going across on 2 lines of rope with another person, but without falling over. And the such.

However, #2 is extremely watered down. Instead of 'test your strengths and see how well you work on camera and with animals' with added critiques on how to improve, it became 'game show/reality tv truth-or-dare'. Now it's just normal people seeing if they 'cut the right lucky rope to drop the log with the hidden flag' to win. Or 'see who's daring enough to eat maggots like an anteater!' which.. it just wrong.

To me. I'm pretty agrivated that they couldn't just stay to what they did in the first season. Cause it's no longer 'see who's the most useful person in the group to get a job' and now 'see who's the luckiest, sickest person that can stand on the treestump the longest on 1 leg!'

If you're seen the show, feel free to voice your opinion. If you haven't. Well, I recommend just staying to the first season - which was much more entertaining to watch.
