Yup, The Motor City Comicon is happening in the Motor City. Er.. Novi.. near Detroit. At the Novi Expo Center. On October 16th and 17th....
It's a comic convention. But also has artists, booths for geek stuff.. few weapon booths.. handful of anime booths. =D alot of my friends will be there.
^^ I'm going on the sat.. which I think is the 16th. Everyone should know what I look like.. The God attire. God hat.. and a black sledgehammer XD

Oh yeah.. the fall comicon is usually 5 bucks cheaper than the spring one. So it'll be around 10 bucks to get in.. hopefully.

you can park around the fast food place a crapload of walking time near the entrance of hte place and walk through the parking lot without paying. Or, I think there's a shopping outlet near the road that leads in.

ugh once again life is being uber bitchy to me. i'm now finding myself in debt and 6 days from the anniversary -_- to top that off gas prices are up to 2.09 and with winter getting closer and closer my income is getting castrated (I cut lawns for money). needless to say with my current financial crisis im quite pissed with less than a 1/4 tank of gas and $10 in my wallet. I might be lucky enough to gross $50 this week but with expenses suddenly inflating im now totally unsure if i will have the cash to make this trip very worth it. >={
edit: i guess what really pisses me off more is this is the umteenth comicon i have missed

well, I went. Got to meet Jason Vorhees and get his autograph for my bro, got Joji a gift, got a wakizashi that was sold ALONE!!! finally... some FMA figures, a comic, 2 perminant draggie sickers, a personal made pirate bandanna (tan with black skull), and a print of a painitng that was too expensive to buy, but rules.
Also learned a few VERY important things on my own thatdoesn't really matter to you people. And I ahould have a booth of my own at the comicon next May. =D wait for it.
