thank you all, again. i appreciate the confidence that you show in me, but i also appreciate your thoughts and prayers because i know how very undeserving i really am. as i said before, i take this quite seriously, because of how i feel about DLAA and the members, partners, and folks who just drop in. i hope i can do 'er proud.

Congratulations Su on getting the pwnsome powers of Partner/Moderator! Not as good as Administrator, but hey, it's awesome in its own unique way. Not as unique as you of course! Anyway, you really deserve this position because you are very dedicated and hardworking! You have so many other positive qualities, but it would take forever to list them.

i would use sugar if i weren't diabetic, honey. i don't take enough care with my blood sugar in other ways -- using splenda or something is my only concession, and i should be doing better than that even. but -- for instance, this round soft, frosted thing sitting here on my desk, with little sprinkles staring at me from atop the icing. i shouldn't eat it, precious soft sweetness with orange icing on top and glorious sugar cookie underneath. i shouldn't, but how can i not? the poor widdle thing has sacrificed itself to come from the kitchen all the way to my computer desk, just to be with me. how can i deny it its destiny --- to become one with its mistress at a molecular level! no, i tell you, no i cannot be that cruel to this innocent, hopeful, sweet soft blob of deliciousness! i will eat it, my preciousssss, my cookie, my own. my preciousssssss! uuuhhhh. yes. well. *straightens hair and glasses, looks for napkin to wipe mouth of drool* there. in any case, i'll eat that, and i'll take my tea hot, and strong, and sweet!
