Don't Call me stupid (I'm only a kid.) can store bought eggs turn into Chickens.... Chicks?

I'm afraid not. There are four reasons that come to mind.
1. Most egg laying chickens are not kept with roosters, certainly not any that are factory farmed. Some small farms though may have roosters who could have mated with the hens but that would be organic local eggs and not most store bought eggs.
2. The eggs were cooled. Embryos die below about 50 degrees F if kept cold for more than a very short period.
3. The eggs have sat too long. Fresh? Hardly. Most store bought eggs are already a week or two old by the time you get them.
4. In order to be safe, store bought eggs must be sterilized. This normally involves quickly dipping them in really hot water or a sterilizing solution, both would kill embryos.
If you want viable and fertile eggs, you have to order them for that purpose from a supplier or get them fresh and untreated from a small farmer who has a flock with both sexes.

Um, I put my eggs right from the coop into an egg carton, put them in my vegetable stand and sell them. Does that mean my eggs are not safe?

i do the same with the exception of cleaning off "debris" if you wanna call it that before selling

I'm talking about being safe for legal reasons so companies aren't sued. All eggs will have traces of feces which means fecal coliform and with sick chickens only, sometimes salmonella. When you eat an egg, a tiny amount might get into the insides that you cook. Heating kills those bad bacteria but there's always a risk of getting sick from bacteria when eating eggs or any meat for that matter if it's not fully cooked.
We don't clean our eggs. Most farmers who sell eggs buy a small machine where they can dip the eggs in hot water just the right temperature to kill bacteria on the outside of the shell. I think people are paranoid in most cases about making things sterile.

Ah, thanks. I do wipe my eggs off a little but I don't really wash them per se.
