i was out by my ponds today and saw a bunch of little round things with short skinny little tails swimming along the sides, looking like they were eating algae... they werent baby fish, and i have never had them before... anyone have any ideas. i am gonna go browse the site to see if i can find them.

They weren't tadpoles? How big were they? Can you describe them more? Do they have six legs (which would make them insects)?

they didnt look like any tadpoles i have ever seen, although that doesnt mean they arent tadpoles... they almost looked like really little snails, except for the tail part... no they didnt have legs

How big were they? What is their body shape? Is it just snail-like with a tail? I'm not sure what that would be.
