I removed my koi eggs from the pond and along with the fish hatching, so is mosquito larvae. I am surprised, I thought they would eat it. The koi are newly hatched. I can't imagine changing the water right now.

The mosquito larvae won't bother the fry. When the fry are larger, they can eat them. In the mean time, you probably don't want more mosquitoes. I suggest adding some Microbe-Lift liquid Bt solution to kill the mosquito larvae as opposed to the messy mosquito dunks as they can make a mess, and the fry might try to eat the dunks.
