Turtles growth rates depend on things like temperature, food available, tank size, lighting, and so forth. Therefore, size alone can't always determine how old a turtle is. Sometimes looking at the growth rings on the scutes will tell you something. If you tell us the species and size of the turtles, we can guess at the age but it will only be a guess. A vet who is used to turtles might be able to tell you more. Turtles aren't easy to age unless you know when they were born!
