My pregnant guppy is swimming upside down...... whats wrong?????? She doesnt seem to be able to get her body level......

Being pregnant is a very stressful time, carrying all that extra weight and giving them nutrition. If a guppy is already in poor health, being pregnant or giving birth can make them too sick to survive. Many guppies die soon after birthing. It's harder to swim upright with all those babies in there. They may have pushed her swim bladder to the wrong position. If she births soon, she might recover. If not, it doesn't look good.
