Title: Filter Pump

I've lost the box so I have no clue what brand of filter I have. But it does look like Robyn's in her 20 gal. indoor pond pic. The water is flowing out of the carbon/bio area, but I noticed it's also flowing out of the vacumm tube area. Is it supposed to flow out of both areas or just where the filters are??

If it's flowing out where the intake is, then the filter is clogged up. Does it have a removable cartridge? It should be changed. You can clean them for a while but eventually flow is constricted. Check for other blockages too. The filters are made so that if the outflow is restricted by a clogged filter or other blockage, the water will flow out above where the intake tube is (instead of all over your floor). The filter I use on the indoor tub pond is a MarineLand Penguin Mini.

That did the trick, cleaned off the carbon cartridge. Found some little red wormy things squirming around, and a pond snail egg nest. Hope it just got sucked up by the filter, can you imagine calling a company for an in-house snail infestation?? :o Added some stress-zyme for the week.
ps.....just saw 2 of those little red worms wiggling around in the gravel? Are they safe for the snails?

They may be actual worms - earthworms, tubifex, blackworms, etc. or perhaps insect larvae like bloodworms which are midge larvae. If you brought in some insect larvae, you may get the gnat-like adults flying around later. Snails do get worm parasites but they would be inside the snails and not wiggling in your filter and gravel. Whatever they are, they're eating leftover foods.
