Hi! I am a second grade teacher and we are studying land snails and pond snails. You have many pictures on you web sites of snails, but not one of the pond snail. Could you put up some of pond snails? Other ideas of what to share with the kids? The Pond Showcase pictures are great. Great website. Thanks!
I haven't tried to get pond snail photos of my snails since my camera cannot focus close-up. Here are 300 some Google images of various pond snails:

http://www.plantgeek.net/articles/snails/pond.jpg Yep..that's what most of my NOW aquarium snails look like. lol Put some more mystery baby snails from the pond in the aquarium today. Waters' been dropping down to the 50's but everybody is still alive out there. :D
