I picked up a shirt off my bedroom floor this morning and two little creatures fell out! Scared the crap out of me... I think they are newts by looking at the pictures online, both dead but I am trying to figure our how they could get inside, any ideas please help!

Depending on need and curiousity the old saying of 'wheres theres a will theres a way' comes to mind. Too bad they died before you found them.
If you have newts outside, they could have just wandered in or latched onto you without notice. Sounds like your shirt acted as a net they couldn't get out of. :(

Animals can wander all over the place. At some point, they just ended up in the shirt as a place to hide.
