Do you guys have any idea what fishes live in harmony with water lilies as in they wont disturb or nibble the lily pads?

If hungry enough, most fish may nibble at lily pads. My koi, goldfish, orfe, and fathead minnows have never really bothered the lily pads. The koi though do uproot them and may be more apt to eat new growth. Most small, native fish will not bother with plants. They eat little bugs. Snails and insects have caused more problems eating my lilies than fish.
