I have made a few changes to the forum.

Only members can post but anybody can view the forum.
Members must verify their e-mails.
Only I can post to this section (notices from Robyn).
I have also changed the forum ranks. If you post 30 messages, you become a Fishy Member, 100 is Fishy Lover, and over 500 is Super Fishy.
