These fish are probably suffocating in their own waste since you say its 10 gallons. These fish need 20-30 gallons (each) in a home aquarium. Your post lacks a lot of needed info, which I am sure Robyn will explain (I see she is replying to this).
Good luck.
You have posted other messages as well about your fish. You have to correct a number of things. How many fish do you have in that 10 gallons? How big are your goldfish? AquariumFishGuy is right that you may have simply too many fish. You should get test kits for pH, ammonia, and nitrite to check those. What kind of filtration do you have? Are you doing water changes? How much and how often? I do weekly 50% water changes weekly.
Again, do NOT physically pick up the goldfish or remove anything from it. That will stress and hurt the fish even more. If you are able to remove something from the fish, it would probably be fungus which would be prevalent in an overstocked and/or undermaintained tank. Fungal medication would help. Aquarium salt as well. I would need to see a photo of the fish to tell you more.
I don't mean to sound rude but your English is not very good. Are you young or from another country? I hope things improve for you and the fish.
I would also get a nitrate test kit... because if the tank is cycled, nitrates might be the only thing out of wack right now. If it is past 40 or so ppm, it can stress the fish. Over 60-80 ppm and it can become toxic to fish. I like to keep my nitrates down to 20 ppm and below.
