A few nights ago a couple of green frogs ( they were the color green, that is all I know) dropped by and spent the night in my pond. We were delighted! Just like a two travelers stopping to spend the night at a local motel. In the morning they were gone!

What can you make from this?

You would think that any frog that would stumble on to a pond might want to hang around for awhile. But not these two!

Are ther such things as roaming frogs?

Frogs love to wander. They usually stay for more than a day though. The bullfrogs, green frogs, and pickerel frogs at my ponds come and go. Frogs travel most at night after it rains.
