in a separate tank? I figure since they are used for feeding fish my GUESS would be no but I want to be sure as not to have them killed by their own parents but I have no idea what to do with so many babies as I live in a relatively small house with no real room for expansion and I dont want to give them to a pet store cos I know what happens to them there ...... are there any minnow rescue places? LOL and also I ned them Skipper and Gilligan I'm guessing that one of em's a uhhh GINGER now LOL

Are these rosy red minnows? The father will protect the eggs until they hatch. Once born, both parents will try to eat them. With a large enough tank with enough cover (like dense live plants), a few may survive on their own. Otherwise, you would have to either remove the adult fish or remove the eggs and/or fry so that more would survive.
