Merry Christmas!

Who else do you know would be doing her forum at 9:36 am on Christmas morning covered in dirt and chicken waste waiting
to go take a shower? I just cleaned the chicken pen.

My brother and his 2.8 year old baby are coming in less than an hour, and my mother won't let me into
the bathroom. I told my niece that Santa was coming. She says, "I don't like Santa!" I told her he was bringing presents. She
said, "I don't want any presents!" I asked her if she wanted me to tell him to take them back. She said, "Uh huh!" There are
probably 100 presents waiting for her downstairs. She gets zero presents from either of her parents and not a single decoration at
her house since her mother is atheist Chinese and also just a nasty woman (who has never bought her daughter any toys for any
reason because they have to save money so she can go to Harvard and give her mother all her money.).

So, we'll see if Lily wants her presents!

Merry Christmas Robyn!!

Do they expect you to hose off in the back yard to get the dirt and chicken poo off? It's gotta be cold out there!! :o

What 2 or 3 yr olds eyes wouldn't light up at the sight of presents with toys? I think Lily will change her tune when she sees that those are for her! :)

That's weird that not only she doesn't like Santa, but doesn't want anything. You should tell her that even tho she doesn't like him...he likes her. And because people in YOUR house believe in him, and she's been good all year ( his little reward system ), that he brought her presents to your house. And that he has NO problem with bringing presents to other peoples houses cause he does it all the time. Love and caring can bring the feeling of Santa anytime/anywhere. Love, caring and believing brings him. :D I knew a couple with 2 kids that had moved at least 3 times in one year. Finally by Xmas they didn't have much under the tree. Since I was single ( blew my holiday drinking money. lol ), when I showed up I told the 6 year old that they just moved TOO much...so Santa left their presents at my house. I couldn't even see out my back or side windows. lol She thought that was it...in awe....then I popped the trunk. rofl She actually DOVE in the trunk...and scared the crap out of me and her mom. lol They were quite spoiled for a few years. :)

sorry this is kinda long. Merry Christmas. :D

Lily is mostly potty trained but I've tried to bargain with her too. Like when I took a day off to go with her to the zoo. I told her we couldn't go until she went potty. She actually complied that time. Usually, it's a "no way." BTW, when she saw her 100 presents yesterday, I asked, "Do you still want me to return them?" She said, "No way!" She was into opening the first dozen but, after that, she just wanted to play with the open ones so I had to open half her presents!

I didn't get anything great but did get one pond-related thing. My mother got me a resin statue of an egret. Great! First the heron statue brought the heron, now I guess I'll attract egrets too! It's really pretty though.

I liked it when I bought Christmas presents for my kids [when they were little]. I ALWAYS had to open them and play with them to make sure that they worked. he, he.

Oh Sadie or um Mrs. Santa, you are such a sweetheart! :) To give up your holiday drinking money, now that is something special!
I am sure the parents were in shock to see all those gifts too!
