My water is so green now will my fish be ok I have a filter on the pond still green it is cold in Va. last few days .. what do I do

My water is always GREEN! It has been green since August and we have been -20 to -30 for two months and it is still green! Green water does not hurt your fish, it is just unpleasing to your eye! I don't know what you should do about it, but your fish are in no danger as long as there is aeration.
