Weather loaches normally won't eat other fish but it's certainly possible. I don't think that if the loach had eaten the white cloud that it would have produced any change in the shape or bumps on the loach though. I assume you've looked all in the tank, the filter, and around the tank (in case it jumped) for the white cloud. If the white cloud died for whatever reason, then the loach could have definitely eaten the body before you noticed. They are good at "cleaning up."

Ok thanks for your help and yes you was right i have looked everywhere enven in the filter + i have a filter called 'THE STINGRAY FILTER' and theres a gap between the glass and the filter itself and its normally my zebra danios that get stuck behind the filter and when i get home from school there was once 2 or 3 stuck and i have to dislodge the filter to save them and they do get quite stuck in there do you think it will affect there health and damage themselves??????

i was hoping you could help me thanks ever so much

It certainly can harm the fish if they are repeatedly getting stuck. They could get squished, stuck long enough not to eat well, or just get really stressed. I have a 5 gallon Stingray filter for my paradise fish. I really don't like the thing.
