Hello folks I was wondering if i put a starlet in my pond would it harm the other fish (gold fish koi comets shubunkin) as i would hate to upset the little guys :D

I don't know anything about starlet. I tried to search for information but there are too many irrelevant hits. All I got is that they are similar to sturgeon? I assume they are freshwater? How big do they get? If they grow over a foot long, they may eat your smaller fish. Do you know if they are carnivorous?
