C2, I think your around Columbus? Just heard on the weather channel you beat Dayton with over 20 inches to our 14. Way too go there girl. I have relatives in Columbus, sure their not too happy. My daughter came up from N.C. for her wedding shower last week end ( held in Columbus) and it was in the sixties. Great timing for her.

Oh C2!!! I feel for you :( That is sooooo much snow! Love the pictures! Glad it is you and not me :P We are having a serious thaw here right now. I was talking to this little old lady at the grocery store yesterday and she told me she has lived here all her life and that this is not going to last. I said "it might" and she said "no dear, it won't". WHY did I have to be in her line up??? :(

No I have not but I want one. Where is that at. Nice to have someone close! I have a good fish guy out here not sure if he has orfes he has everything else they are all in ponds and he has to catch what you want pretty cool.

Well crap.
We just started getting a leak in our roof. We have a steel roof, but with the insane weather over the last week there is about a foot of solid ice on it. We had a ton or rain yesturday, so I suppose water got under the ice, wormed its way around until it found a weak spot, and came through.

I tried to explain to the DEAR WIFE why it would be insane for me to go up on the second floor roof during a blizzard on ice and steel and try to break the ice away. Completely crazy....so wish me luck since I guess I am heading to the roof! LOL

If I never post again, you know what happened and I bequith my fish to KK!!! :D

R3D dont you think I should get the fish that way they can go somewhere warmer if they find out you could have sent them south and sent them to even a colder place I would hate to think what they would say about you. Just a thought LMAO

Do not go on that roof did someone just get some life insurance out on you???

Derrick! Thanks for thinking of me in your will, LOL. C2 is right, you better be careful up there! I think she is wrong about your fish wanted to go south though, lol, at least at my place they would somewhat feel at home....well except for the rain....we never get that and we definatley don't get any freezing rain!

LOL...it only took one time sliding to the edge and jamming my foot in the eves trough to keep from falling to realize I am much more an "on the ground" type person! Scared the stink out of me! I was planning for the jump at the biggest snowbank...but with all the ice I probably would have just hit it and slid out into the road and got run over for good measure! :D

I told her she had 2 choices:
1...here's the shovel, have fun
2...live with it until spring

Guess we will live with it until spring! hahaha

On the bright side at least I got my de-icer dug out of the ice today. Just over the weekend it had 3 inches of ice form over it. It might need a buddy for next year! LOL

I GOT 2 INCHES SATURDAY WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! was out at 6 am with kids making snowmen and walking the pony in her first snow!! then took an early morning nap at 10 got up snow was gone temp was 50 and went hiking!! BUT I GOT MY SNOW!!!!!!

Ha Ha Froggy, you fit right in here with your humour! Jess, that is GREAT you got your snow finally. Looks like we will get another "warmish" day here again. The pond ice is melting FAST! I no longer feel safe standing on it. The water temp is up 1 degree too!

congrats on water warm up we have a good week ahead temp wise so i am hoping to start some gardening and ponding
