It looks like a saltwater puffer fish. I found reference to puffers being called potato fish on the internet (hadn't heard that before). Based on the substrate and decor of the tank, I think it's marine although there are some freshwater species.

Yup it's a puffer fish!

If I'm not mistaken, I think that one is sometimes called a dogface puffer.
