My big gold fish left to her forever home in the pond today. When i put her in my comet (Sid) had his nose up her butt then he was glued to her side not to much pushing though FOR hOURS.

The tetra she left behind in the aquarium is SULKING he was very much in love with her followed her everywhere I feel bad for him

Hopefully she will fare well in the pond i think the aquarium fish were bothering her
she has also dropped a couple scales off very white under them (not fungus) just white skin (if fish have skin) only if chickens have lip) LOLOLOLO I kill me. Is this something I should be concerened with? Please let me know what you think

Hi C2, are you sure your fish is "missing" scales? My indoor koi, the orange one I posted yesterday, has started getting a patchy white look to him, he looks like he is missing scales but they are actually white scales. I thought something was wrong with him until I looked closely. Just a thought :D P.S. you can see what I mean if you look at the picture, it is pretty clear.

Chris, goldfish shed or injure off scales here and there all the time. It's no big deal as long as it's only a few.
