Sorry about the #@&!#$ :o looking greenhouse.
The greenhouse is a sore subject for me and the DH.

It's got a thingy? WOW!

What do you power with it? Anything, or is it an ornament?

KK, the box says it's 8 feet tall but I will have to measure it.

R3D3, it's powered by a whatzitdingy. ;)
No, it's not powered. It's just acting as a trellis for my plants and that is a long story. ;)

Does it go round and round? Are the plants going to like that? :o

I keep looking for a generator windmill but never can find one under 500 just for the top section, nevermind the battery part. :(

Yeah you might have your work cut out for you to find one that cheap but a girl can always wish. :) Who knows you might find one if you look long enough. Maybe you can FM3 on it. He always seems to sniff out some good deals. :)

I have been eyeing those solar powered walk lights. I might just slip some into the shopping cart one of these times when the DH isn't looking. ;) :ph43r:

Is the greenhouse adjacent to your pond?
What do you grow in there?

The windmill is a nice looking one ... I like the red colored accents.
Now I want one. In the valley we live in the wind blows strong daily, so those blades wouldn't be idle very much.
Where'd you find yours?

Hey PG, yep the greenhouse is adjacent to the pond mostly. Right now the greenhouse (what there is left of it) grows some firewood and a race car.
It came with the place. All the greenhouse plastic has blown off now and been replaced with a tarp which also has mostly blown off. It's a #%!* eye sore that I can't the the #@%$!* DH to take down. One of these days I am going to hook up my tractor, yank out the race car and bulldoze it!

I/we found the windmill at Coastal Farm supply. I think they have a website too. Do they have them around your place? We paid about $80. They do run them on sale but I wasn't willing to wait. Waiting is not something that I do very well. ;) If there isn't a Coastal around you might try some other farms stores. Big R is another one.
