Title: What Kind Of Frog?
Description: came home with plant from nursery

I wonder if anyone can help me identify a frog that must have been in a black eyed susan plant I just brought home. It might be a grey tree frog. It's a very light grey color with black marbly looking markings. I have two frogs in my outdoor pond that I got as tadpoles about a year ago and 3 albino african dwarfs in my indoor pond. I get the feeling this newcomer isn't interested in the water and don't know anything about caring for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you post a photo? It sounds like it could be a gray tree frog. It's never great to release animals to areas where they are not native so it's important to find out if he's a native frog. Gray tree frogs can be kept in terrariums (mostly land and trees and vines with a small pool of water). They can live on crickets, mealworms, waxworms, etc.

P.S. There are albino African clawed frogs but no albino African dwarf frogs so you have African clawed frogs.

If you think its a tree frog look at the toes, no mistaking treefrog feet
