Ive had this pond for 5yrs never have noticed any leaches. What do I need to do?

Are the leeches on the fish or in the pond debris? Most pond leeches just live in the debris and eat it and don't harm the fish. If they are on the fish it would be rare and probably products used to kill fish lice and achor worm would work (see http://fishpondinfo.com/health.htm#para for those).
