i would like to know how to culter brine shrimp and black worms, i will be using the hatchling brine shrimp for feeding and the black worms as well, thourough instructions for simple culturing is needed ,thanks B)
I have a brine shrimp hatchery kit I use that my mother got back in the 60's! It works well. You want to be sure to aerate the brine shrimp eggs. The salinity should be close to regular sea water (whatever the package of salt says). The warmer it is, the more brine shrimp that hatch and the faster. I've got hatches in the high 60's degrees F but they take almost a week to hatch at that temperature. Use light to lure the little shrimpies wherever you want them to go.
