my mom found a baby turtle((about a quarter size)) in our back yard and we decided to keep it and try to grow it big so we can later put it in our pond, but i have no experience with turtles....


what do they eat?
what should i put in the aquiarium?
where should i put the aquiarium?

If it has a hinged shell on the bottom and can close itself totally into its shell, it's a box turtle. See http://www.fishpondinfo.com/box.htm

what color is the turtle? if hes small maybe a 20 gallon .
