I have 5 clown loach's and 3 figure 8 Puffer's. They really like snails and I want to set up a small tank just to breed snails in. I'm sure this is easy to do, but I can find no info on breeding snails for my fish to eat. any one here have some info?

The fastest breeding snails would be generic pond snails. They are considered pests in planted tanks sometimes so a local store may have them. Most ponds do as well. Put them in a tank with lots of greenery like anacharis, and they multiply quite quickly. As long as the pH is from 6 to 8 or so, the hardness is good enough (though I have them growing in my soft water), and they're between 65 and 80 degrees F, you really can't stop them from breeding. If you have specific questions, I'll answer them if I can.

To ceap most snails in good condition you should have them in water with a ph of over 7 other wise they may get hoely shells, and also I have never bean able to get my pond snail to fertalize its sporn <_<

Pond snails are hermaphrodites. That means that they have both sperm and eggs so that each and every pond snail can lay eggs which are self-fertilized. They will mate if there are other snails of course to spread genetic material but do not have to. The species of snail called the "pond snail" will always lay fertile eggs.
