Help my turtle is spinnig in circles , flipping on his back and tilting his head to one side.

As I said in my reply to your other post, normally that sort of thing is related to the ears. He may have an ear infection. Brain damage can also cause those problems. I hope he doesn't have that. Either way, a vet may be able to help. Perhaps antibiotics will cure him.
