My thyroid is playing up at moment and i'm not sleeping its doing my head in :shake:

:hi: I was told a few months ago I had thyroid problems I have had a scan and its mild Hashimoto's thyroiditis it means its under active I am on tablets for it I go back to dr 13th next month for blood test to check it I don't sleep weight gain it terrable wish I could lose a few stone not much will power. my mum had oere active thyroid when I was about 12 she had her operated on and taken out she kept forgetting to tke her tablets so I wiil let you know what the results say in a week or 2

well i have a under-active as i had mine removed 8 years ago but for some reason thinks its got abit hyper

I go for a blood test on 13 September to check my thyroid but will have to wait a week for results and see doctor
