As a registered respiratory therapist . IF you only do one thing for yourself . please make it stop smoking.
You want to be around to raise your own children and hold your grandchildren.
I have never smoked so I cant say how hard it must be to quit. I have however watched many die from the effects of smoking. I know all the usual I could die walking across the street and its true I have heard it all
What sickens me the most is that the cig. makers have put chemicals in the cig. to make you addicted to them . That is dirty and underhanded .
good luck to you all and I will pray for you.
I will get you info on anything I can that will help you . I admire your desire to stop smoking. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step
