I did spend time with my step daughter Alexis yesterday.My stepdaughter and I have been knowing each other and we are getting along very well.My step daughter does treat me with respect and loves me as her step mom.I did tell her that I want to be treated with respect and love me although I am not her bilogical mom.She has proven that to me.I met her 2 1/2 years ago when I started dating her father and knew I am a nice,kind person.My step daughter does help me out knowing I am pregnant and I have to take it easy,doctor's orders.But,I do know her 13th birthday is coming up in October.I have told her that she can come to me for advice when she moved in with my husband 3 weeks ago and I.I have gave her advice after she came to talk to me twice about something.She is excited to be a big step sister.So far our realtionship is going great and my husband sees that.
