Ingredients
12oz of milk
2.5oz of protein powder
1 egg
1 cup of flavored yogurt
1 piece of fruit (banana, kiwi, orange, etc.)
Method
Mix all ingredients into a blender, add some ice for chill, and presto! Enjoy!
