Natalie does.
She has ever since she was itty-bitty. We even have an ultrasound of her sucking her thumb.
Now she only sucks it when she's tired, going to sleep, or while she's asleep.
She sucks it really weird though. She sucks her first finger and her thumb together, with her lip around her middle finger, and her ring finger rubbing her nose...

both of mine did a few weeks after the dummies went but soon stopped after they got used to not having anything to suck at night.
