I found you a low fat chicken tostada recipe since I know you like Mexican foods. To make it spicy, you can add cayenne pepper and jalepenos, and even use pepper jack cheese.

it is like long pieces of meat looks kinda like spagetti only it is stuck togther in a square block, you can have lamb mince and beef mince.
