lol, no, I spent last week reformating and reinstalling everything on my old PC, my new PC is supposed to be shipping any day now, and I'm on the final stages for my book (working on the art, which is admittedly my weak point)...

So, aside from logging into SL to hang out for an hour or so, I've not been doing much else :P

...and I spend more time dropping gaming comments into my blog over at 1UP. Then, forgetting to post stuff in here <_<

I still have my eye on Pirates and what I hear about Tabula Rasa sounds cool. Other than that, been playing a lot of stuff on my 360 and DS...Halo not being one of them. While I'm not on the Halo 'hate-wagon', that game series isn't really for me.

Well, I did go out and pick up Halo 3 over the weekend...

I saw that you picked it up. Everybody on my 360 friend list who has been logging on lately is (or was) playing it...even Jeff Green, who still hasn't defeated the final boss in Bioshock, has been playing Halo 3.

Yeah, Greag and I played it co-op All Saturday night -- Which is the best way to enjoy Halo :P

I ended up getting halo 3 this weekend myself and finished it in 2 sittings, I swear the gameplay in solo mode keeps getting less and less. Too bad I dont play it MP as it looks like that was its main focus.

Yeah, it's never been fun solo for me, but playing the campaign with friends is fun. And same with the multiplayer -- though I avoid general xbox live matches because I don't feel like hearing idiots mouthing stupidity when I'm trying to have fun.

I have my Halo 3 settings set to only accept or offer to people on my friends list, so shoot me a friend invite (greydeathspg) and maybe we can goof around some night.

There's a lot of crazy fun to be had in the Halo multiplayer -- but it's not as much fun overall as say Unreal Tournament...which I'm anxiously waiting for :P

While I'm thinking about things along these lines -- anyone else out there have a steam account?

Team Fortress 2 is wild, and loads of *real* FPS fun :P I'll post my steam ID later (when I actually figure out what it is - :lol: ) but it would be great to setup a Mirage group there :P

I've found that Steam beats Xbox live in sooo many ways, and I've decided that from now on I'm buying all my PC games through them when possible....
