Sailor Cosmos was only in the manga... she looks like this...
She looks like Sailor Moon, but she is totally different from Moon

But if I would have to pick one overall....It'd be Sailor Jupiter.She is the best scout on the team*IMO*.Kawaiiest Senshi(s) would be Chibi Moon and Chibi.
