Hi!

Could somebody kindly give me a tip for a good anime to match my taste, please?

I am looking for stuff about kids, set in the real world with some fantasy elements. That's what I love most. I was thrilled with "Whisper of the Heart," "Kiki's Delivery Service" and "My Neighbor Totoro." Ever since these three I've been looking for something similar but didn't find anything to match them.

It seems your a Hayao Miyazaki fan. He is the creater of My neighbor totoro and kiki's delivery service. He has made tons of movies. My personal fave is his earliest work, Spirited Away. Its about a young girl who's parents turn into pigs and has to work at an onsen (japanese spa/bathhouse) which is owned by a witch and try to find a way to change them back.

There is also Castle in the sky, Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind, Princess Mononoke (this ones a little gorey and is set in more futal Japan), Porco Rosso, etc. They all have somewhat of the same eliments that you like. Most of his movies were made in the 80's late 90's (My neighbor totoro was made in 1988 and Kiki was made in 89) but the animation is awsome and stories are unique.

You might enjoy Cardcaptor sakura or Spirited away. Or you could check out Oh my goddess the Mini goddess dvd's, they are really cute.
