Ok serioly kids on gamefaqs are rly gay. WHich one is better in terms of story? fighting? char development? not animation cuz DBZ had more money so which is better? YU YU no dought right?

ya cuz in america it was one of the first fightin shows, it came before yu yu aswell in japan, but i say yu yu has better fighting sceans that don't take 10 eps to finish aswell.

If u haven't payed close attetion to YUYU, Yuyu also takes a lot of episodes to end up a fight

Yeah,when fighting against the big chiefs..but yu yu fighters are better..at least in my personal opinion.
And for sure that yu yu fights are smallers than dbz.

But seriosuly, I have only seen a couple eps of YYH, but theres NO WAY it is worse than DBZ, why you ask? Because DBZ is, in my humble opinion, the WORST anime EVER MADE!

Yuu Yuu Hakusho is better overall

but i still see DBZ up there for the few Unforgettable parts like goku going SS for the first time and vegeta's self destruct vs buu

but in my oppnion i see any anime that has over 100 episodes streching it as it starts to become boring and repetitive.

then you havnt seen One Piece ;) It is one of, if not the only long series that has never lost its edge.

Can I really deny saying that Yu yu hakusho most defienetly rules over the animation for DBZ? But the real question to debate is whether Yusuke can beat Goku or not?

I like Yu Yu's battles as well, they blow DBZ out of the sky

DBZ is ok, 6/10 for the series, up to frizza was good then it went downhill and buu was just insulted to the series. As for Yu Yu the begining was like a 8 and then dark tournament got it to a 10 and the rest went to a 9 but still it was great series and never lost it's edge.

The VERY begining os Dragon Ball Z (when it was only Dragon Ball and the 'Z' wasn't in the title yet) that was when it was a decent show.But like I've said before, Yu Yu Hakusho is my very favorite show so of course I choose Yu Yu Hakusho.

All the hate aside, I'm going to have to say Dragon Ball Z-GT is a better Anime than Yu Yu Hakusho.

Actually, I was first introduced into Anime because of the series, to there's always going to be a place in my heart for it.

That's my two cents, anyway.

yu yu hakusho all the way baby, i mean yu yu is never boring they don't waste time talking, like DBZ-GT does, DBZ-GT have to tell you want happen and why it happened, nobody want to know that, they just want to see somebody's ass getting kicked. plus the action scenes was better in yu yu, because they always had a suprise waiting for you. like when yusuke had those spirit cuffs, you weren't expecting that. ^_^

DBZ-GT had the same things over and over again (they turning into the super whatevers) and they always had some kind of evil villian that was going to blow up the world or take over the universe. oh and lets not forget how long the fighting scenes were. and when the others were in trouble, it took thier allies so long to get there, to help them.

but im done, i will finish this off by saying that yu yu hakusho is much better than DBZ-GT :lol:

DBZ is a good anime to get introduced into anime. But other then that Yuu Yuu
Hakusho is a 10x better anime. It has a deeper storyline and better characters. DBZ is way to reapeative and they made Goku way to powerful. Plus Yuu Yuu Has The Sensui saga and Makai saga witch are 2 of the greatest sagas ever.
