I only remember a warrior named Liono and he had a special sword. when the bad guys come always yells out THUNDER..THUNDERCATS! his special sword grew and fights the bad guys.

Yeah, it is pretty old now, and they dont even air it anymore, they stopped airing it when only about 2 percent of acumulative TV viewers glanced at it
