Yeah she means Taoist, its also acceptable to spell it with a D, when you say it you should pronounce it like its a D. For those of you who don't know, its a great religion and is practiced by millions of people, mostly in Asia. There are no real deities to speak of, it was organized a long time ago by Lao Tzu. The main scripture of Taoism is the Tao Te Ching, and it isn't clear exactly who wrote it, but it changed and was added onto for a long time before it took the shape it has today. Tao literally means path or way, and it shapes everything in life. A way of understanding it for Westerners is by comparing it to a life force present in everything that shapes everything. T'ai chi is a part of Taoism is practiced by its belivers and is a set of many yogic like stances and movements designed to better attune yourself with the Tao. Thats a VERY general overview to this wonderful form of spirituality and philosophy.

Atheist technically isn't a religion, it's a belief but ya. I'm not really anything. If I find a religion I like I'll try it if not oh well.

HybridFury - May 21, 2005 01:02 AM (GMT)
Christian or Catholic. I don't care which. I hate waking up early and wasting my Sunday sitting for hours on a bench learning what i scarcely care to understand. I dislike trying to waste every minute of MY sunday trying to figure out this man they call "God" and the man the call our savior, Jesus of course. So I don't go anymore. I'm not really any religion anymore.

Don't go? If you fail to understand christianity you shouldn't give people advice on what they should or shouldn't do religion wise.

HybridFury - May 22, 2005 12:45 AM (GMT)
I don't believe I gave ANY advice on religion..
