How do you
Change forum colors, add a banner, add more than one Board Guidelines.

Once you have whatever skin on the forum you can change the background color codes in Board Wrappers for custom colors or make your own skin. Banner is in Images and is called Logo. Im not sure why you would want other forum guidlines then the template for it they give you. But you could always hide a locked topic somewhere and link to it from a link in the banner or whatever.
