Well if you really want to be inundated with galleries and fan shrine sites go to anipike.com, but it can be a little overwhelming and theres a lot of links in there that don't lead to images.
If you want a good straight up images sight I highly suggest arjenteam.net (it might be .com) or animecubed.com. The last one is particularly good for anime wallpapers for your computer, and arjenteam has just tons of beautiful images.
