Chapter one – Normal Day Life
“Crowd was wild that night. Full room, not the first time it was like this but every time it is I get psyched. Just look at their faces and you know they want to see a good show, and that’s what I give them. I give them a show they will never forget.”

[6 months earlier]
{3rd Person view}
“Yeah mom I know! I’ll pick up Lisa after school!” Yelled a young man. He was 17, a small mustache but no beard. He was 6’3 with brownish hair and bluish eyes but changed colors every so often. He wasn’t built or anything but did have muscle in both his arms and legs, made sure he kept in shape. He quickly threw on a shirt and put his shoes on. He ran outside and began to run out of the parking lot. He didn’t live very wealthy. He lived in a parking lot with his mother and sister. He had a job at a mart but only at nights because he had to go to school during the day.
He made sure he had atleast enough money to stay in the broken down house in the parking lot. He only got 150 a week and it didn’t cover much but their isn’t much better around where he lived. It was in Detroit, Warren, Pretty much the ghetto.
He flew down the stairs down to the subway and quickly jumped over the card tracker. The women was yelling at him but he ignored her and ran down the stairs. He saw the train and ran for it, doors closing but he slid himself in. He sat down and the women next to him looked at him disgusted. He put on his ears phones on and turned on his cd player. “#####.” He said lowly, but he knew the women heard since she looked like she was hit with a bat.
He made sure he was the man of the house, taking care of everything his mother couldn’t. He was in 11th grade and wanted to graduate and go on to collage but didn’t want to leave his mom alone.
The train stopped and he ran up the stairs and flew threw the crowd. He made it up stairs but their was so many people up their he couldn’t move. He began to push his way threw and after what felt like forever he made it out of the crazy crowd. He ran town the street and made a few quick turns before arriving at school. He ran in but was stop by his teacher who took away his cd player for being on. He gave it up without caring and speed upstairs.
He slammed into his room and saw everyone looking at him. Some people laughing but the teacher looked upset. “Brandan Wes Albarn!” She yelled out and he looked at her. “Nice to see you!” She pointed to the clock. “Thirty minutes late!”
“Yes Ms. Owen!” He shouted back and sat down in one of the chairs in the back.
“God you kids today!” She yelled one last time to him and began to write on the bored.
“Yo Wes man are you a idiot, why the hell you always late?” Asked a boy sitting to the side of him. He was about the same age, jet black hair spiked back and about the same height with brown eyes. He was light skin colored just like Wes.
“Listen Carl, my piece of crap alarm clock doesn’t work and I plan on getting a new one. So please just shut up and listen to Ms. Asshole.” Spat Brandon back, or as his friend’s called him Wes.
“damn man chill.” Said Carl going back to listening to the teacher and trying to stay awake. Carl and Wes have been friends since kids, just Carl was the one always bugging him about being on time.
The school bell rang and the kids ran out of the school. “So what you doing on Saturday?” Asked Carl, as both him and Wes were walking down the schools steps.
“Nothing really. Why what you want to do?” Asked Wes tiredly. He was tired from school, to chores at home, to work.
“I donno but come over, let’s chill.” Said Carl and Wes nodded. They talked a little while longer and then broke up at the end of the street. Wes went right while Carl went up the block.
Wes walked to another school to pick up his little sister Lisa who was only about 9 years old, 2nd grade. He then would head up to work after dropping her off at home.
He finally reached the school building and Lisa ran out towards her brother. She was small with a cute little dimples. She had curly brown hair and blue eyes. He hugged her and then began to walk home with her. “Brother, you coming home late today?” She asked and he nodded. “Why? You use to come home and play with me!” She said now angrily.
“Listen Lisa…” He began but was almost to tired to continue. “I have to work so mom and you can have all the stuff you have.” He said smiling at her and she looked like she didn’t believe.
After awhile of silence she spoke up. “You promise you are not lying!?” She asked to make sure and he laughed.
“Did I ever lie?”
“You got to promise.” She asked with a smart-ass tone.
“Ok ok, I promise I’m not lying. I will soon be with you and mom for a longer time.” He said smiling and she skipped home the rest of the way, happily.
He walked into the mart and threw on his shirt for his store. He walked to the back to pick up his carts and then went to put the items into the places they had to go to. He slowly put the items away and minded his own business. This is what he did the rest of the day, this was a normal day for Brendan Wes Albarn…But that all changes.
[That weekend]
{Wes’s view}
“Yeah?” I said as I picked up the phone. Of course it was Carl, forgot about him almost. “Ok I’ll come!” I yelled and hung up the phone. Really he gets so damn annoying sometimes. Quickly I jumped to my feet and ran out my house. Didn’t want to do anything but get to his house to chill. I quickly ran threw the streets, didn’t want to get into any trouble now at this time. After awhile though I stopped when I heard yelling, cheers and a few screams.
I looked across the street to see the shelter had it’s light’s on. Weird I thought they shut it down. So I ran into the place to check it out, slowly creeping. For all I knew it could have been a tutoring club or something. Well I was wrong because when I looked inside I saw two men in a small circle of men fighting. I mean really fighting, punching, kicking, knocking the #### out of each other. It was crazy, some of these hits went right to the
head, other to the stomach, some to the back. This wasn’t any normal fighting, this was street fighting.
So I tried it out and went inside to check it out, damn it was loud in here. I tried pushing threw the crowd and saw a man older then most of the guys around here so I asked him the questions. “Hey Mr. What is this place?” At first I thought he didn’t hear me. “Yo Mr…” But before I could repeat my self he stopped me.
“Listen Kid. This is a street fighting club. You go in and fight. 400 for each fight you win. And two fights you get a weekend.” He said then chuckled. “Though most people only fight once anyway.” He said and then kept counting his money.
“Hey how do I join!?” I shouted and he turned and smiled at me.
“Just come next week and your in.” Is what he said before walking away with the money.
I slowly got out of the crowd and left the place. Man 400 dollars a win could really help me is all I could think about. To bad because from then on my life changed.
*One i already have book 1 of.*
Chapter One
“He told me last that he is doing good.” Said Jordan walking Home with Kate. Jordan grew in size, another 4 inches since he was a Freshman. He is now a senior and is getting ready to graduate. He had his hair all down, usually had a Mohawk but was to tried to put it up. “But then again that was about two months ago.”
“Yeah but at least you get to talk to him.” Said Kate now all grown up. She also had a growth spurt, making her at least 5’7. She had longer hair now and always wore a button that Jack gave her from the second grade. “I really miss him, will he be back soon?” She asked and Jordan smiled.
“Well it’s been three whole years he should be back soon. Plus the attacks are getting worse, even the police can’t stop those damn bastards!” Said Jordan with anger. Since Jack left attacks on the cities have occurred, killing incant people. No one could stop them anymore with their element powers but Jordan believed in Jack.
“Well that’s good. You know they attacked my grandma’s area. If she got hurt I just don’t know what I’ve would have done.” Said Kate beginning to get angry herself. Jordan patted softly on her back. She looked up and smiled at him.
“Nothing is going to happen. Once Jack gets back these guys are history, don’t worry.” Said Jordan and Kate nodded in approval.
“I’ll be right back, I’m going to go get some ice cream.” Said Jordan to his parents and ran out his door. He walked down the street and walked into a candy store and looked around for some ice cream. He brought the container up and began to talk. “So how’s it been Bob?”
“Horrible, since those damn creatures began the attack on this city. I mean what the hell did we ever do to them?” Said Bob angry and started to put the ice cream into the bag. “I swear I can’t take this much longer, they think they could do whatever they want.” He sat down and looked at Jordan. “How’s your parents holding up?”
“Not to good, we aren’t make much since there are no customers.” Said Jordan and Bob nodded. “But keep you chin up, everything will be back to normal soon enough. I promise.” Said Jordan smiling and ran out the door.
“I hope your right kid.” Said Bob and went back to reading the newspaper.
Jordan was laying down on his bed studying. “Man I hate math.”
“You not the only one.” Said a voice and Jordan jumped up. Jack was leaning on Jordan’s desk. Now much more grown up. He had a few scars on his cheeks but the biggest scar was on his left arm. It went from his shoulder down to his middle finger. He had hair spiked up and his cloths were dirty and ripped up. He was over 6’2 but he made sure he shaved, his face was clean.
“Welcome back.” Smiled Jordan shaking Jack’s hand. “It’s starting to get bad around here.”
“I know what you mean. I wanted so many times to come up and beat the crap out of them but you know Sam. I must finish my training before I fight.” He said copying Sam’s heavy voice. Jordan laughed and nodded. “So how’s everyone?”
“Good, you know same old same old. Kate is still worried about you, never stops talking about you either.” Said Jordan and Jack smiled like he already knew that.
“My parents, how are they?” Asked Jack and Jordan smiled.
“Good, just checked on them yesterday. They said they can’t wait for your arrival.” Said Jordan and Jack looked out the window. “One thing man. After all this training has it paid off?”
Jack looked back towards Jordan and put out his hand. “Would you like to see?” Said Jack and Jordan shook his head. “Well let me show you just a simple trick.” Jack said and the fire formed in his hand. He then changed the shape into a call, then into a small arrow, then into a small fire bullet.
“You could change the shape of it now!?” Asked Jordan amazed and Jack nodded and opened the window. He put the little fire bullet in front of his finger and lunched it into the ground. The small bullet went atleast 6 feet before going out. “No freaking way…just that little power did that?”
Jack turned back towards Jordan and put his hand on his shoulder. “Everything will go back to normal, but I got to go.” Said Jack and Jordan looked at him confused. “I got to see my parents. It’s been almost 3 years.” He said and jumped out of the window and landed on the ground with ease and ran forward on to his house.
“I knew you could change everything back.” Said Jordan smiling out of his window and lied back down, this time ready to sleep.
A few knocks on the door and Jack’s dad was up. “Coming coming!” He yelled. “Who the hell could be here at 12:30?” He asked himself and opened the door. He almost fell backwards after seeing his 15 year old son now a grown 18 year old man. “Ja…Jack?” He mumbled out, he knew it was him but was to excited to say anything else.
“You just going to steer at me all day?” Asked Jack laughing and tears began to flow down his father’s cheek. He gave him a strong bear hug and finally let him go smiling.
“I can’t believe it. You’ve grown into such a … strong man.” His father said wiping his tears from his eyes. “Gina get in here!” He yelled and turned back to his son. “I am so proud of you.”
“Thank you fath…” But before he could finish he heard a scream and his mother running towards him. She lunched herself on him giving a tight strong hug. “Hi mom.”
“OH MY GOD, MY BABY!” She yelled, tears coming down like a waterfall. “My sweet sweet baby!” She said digging her head into his chest. She just kept crying, but happy tears.
He hugged her back and closed his eyes to place his head on hers. “I missed you to mom.” He said smiling, he finally felt he was home again.
i think you should continue the one with Jack
