I am new to the ways of photoshop but have made thes banners

My advice is to use a different font, try not to clash everything together in some random fashion, and try experimenting with the photoshop options so you can learn to make good backrounds for images.

Last but not least, when you get better, use a border. A simple black line will do.

OK, im no expert but heres some advice...U just putting pix together making it look all messed up, u have to blend them together...not mush them together...and also the wrtin shouldn't be red, u can't red it, try black...

It's true that they aren't good and frankly they suck. Would you like him to go show those off to people and get laughed at or would you like him to know they aren't good and practice to get better?

Hellacool, first of all you need to Mask the images you are using. Meaning removing the background and keeping the image you want. The problem with all your sigs is that none of your images are masked. You cant just throw together a bunch of squares and expect it to come out smooth. This is how you will want to mask an image with a pure white background.

Open image.
Double click the layer and hit enter so its no longer a background image.
Click the magic wand tool and then click in the white background so it selects the white.
Hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Click the arrow/move tool and drag the now masked image into the signature.

you will no longer have the white in its background.

now you need a background of some sort, you could download an abstract background and alter it or create your own. To make your own simply do the following.

First you need brush strokes or some sort of color to work with. So ither use some type of gradiant or even use the line tool and draw random lines. There are many ways but this is the most simplistic. then goto your filters and try different combinations of artistic filters.

When you are setting text you need to highly consider the readability of it. you dont want to use white over pics that have white in them for example. You can try putting a 1px stroke on your text layer to make it more readable.

I dont know why you are using power ranger pics, but whatever floats your boat.

and for the hell of it, heres a quick example of everything i just talked about.

heres even the source image for you, a very HQ scan. Best sigs come from good HQ images/scans.

another tip: if you want certain parts of the main pic to stand out, use your text for this. you may noticed because of the yellow font which is the same color as his hair, that his hair stand out more even if its not apparent. If the text were the same color as the mech arm the arm would stand out more, etc. this same thing comes into play many times, it is just how the human eye works.
