Thats got to be a joke
Any idea how many people on this forum are/were under 13 when you singled this guy out as an excuse you used the underage thing to make him leave, that is obvious. I know you had other reasons to want him to leave, but bringing up age limit as an excuse was the wrong way to go about it. Well, whats done is done.

Oh and happy B-day

4saken, calm down. Under 12? There's no one active. and if they come back they have to leave unless their parents Mail me the COPPA FORM.

The COPPA act saids that a child under 13, can't give information on the Internet without their parents consent.

When I found out about that Law and that I could loss the board, I had to sent blu.

That's why most message boards ask you if you are under 13 when you register

Elevate - November 13, 2005 09:56 PM (GMT)
Kiara was only 11 when she came, lol so your wrong cause she was active, same for apollo.

Lion - November 14, 2005 08:39 PM (GMT)
I din't know her ages, or otherwise they would've been out the door a long time. I can't risk gettin deleted, if any minors want to register they can just mail me the coppa form alredy filled by their parents

Apollo - November 14, 2005 10:01 PM (GMT)
HAHA

You made a 12-year-old a Mod.

:D

You know you're taking that rule way too seriously right?

No one is going to delete your forum for an underage member.

Teru-chan - November 17, 2005 12:11 PM (GMT)
No InvisionFree Site, adheres to the 13 age limit. only The Officialy Invision Forum. I mean there are Forums Run by 12 year olds for gods sake, i mean who gives a #### how old anyone is. it doesnt matter. its not like the people who run InvisionFree go through each and every forum to make sure the age limit is being obeyed. they dont care. And Lion, did you really expect someone to send you a signed coppa Form? i didnt think so.

Apollo - November 17, 2005 12:45 PM (GMT)
Dude.

When I was 11, me and two other 11 year olds ran a forum for teenagers using InvisionFree. We posted our ages in our profiles, on threads. No one gave a crap.

Teru-chan - November 19, 2005 02:35 PM (GMT)
Like i Said, Age is irrelevant. nobody cares, invisionFree doesn't care. So Just Forget About it. Oh, and With Coppa, Another Example, GaiaOnline, I would be most accurate to say, that around 40% of its Nearly 3 million Member, would be 13 or younger. most Accurate. Coppa is worthless. *spits on Coppa*

EDIT: I know what Coppa is, but...what the Hell does it Stand For?

Apollo - November 19, 2005 04:47 PM (GMT)
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

...oh i see. I'm both surprised and Curious why you would know that. hehe

Buster-Kun - November 21, 2005 02:10 AM (GMT)
It may stand for that, but it means bullshit.

EDIT: I'm guessing she googled "What does Coppa mean"
