I took this idea from Toonzone forums. We each nominate an anime to watch during a certain month, out of all those nominated we put them in a Poll and from the amount of votes we decide which one will be the Anime of the month.

I rather like this idea myself. I too am worried about the number of people here though that may or may not use your idea. All I can say is that you can try it out for a little while, see how it goes, and decide from there.
