Title: What's the worst....

What is the worst thing that ever happened to you?

When I was 14 I had to get my tonsils removed because they were so big and I kept getting a sore throat. Anyway the surgery went fine but a few days after it some of the stitches fell out before anything had time to heal up. This meant there was an open wound in my throat and I was swallowing blood. At first I didn't realize anything was wrong until I started feeling sick and throwing up blood. My dad rushed me to the nearest ER and we had to wait forever before a doctor would see us :angry:. All the while I'm still pucking up blood and at one point I passed out because I getting dehydrated. Finally a doctor got around to us and stuck an IV in my arm, so they could get some fluid in me. It took three bags of fluid before I started feeling better. By this time the bleeding had stopped and I wasn't throwing up anymore. It was all pretty scary. I stayed in the hospital for two days until I got better, so I would have to say that was the worst thing that ever happened to me.

Oh Jo that's horrible :(. That is just about the worst thing that can happen to anyone. It's very hard to lose a loved one.

well its really hard at times but its been 6 yrs and I guess I just think about it less, I just wish I had known her better...

Sometime people grieve more for a person when they realized they didn't really know them well. That how it was for me when I lost my grandpa. I had know him, but not really. I'm glad it has gotten a little easier for you :).

i lost my grandfather be4 i was gone so i don't really get 2 know him
