i just was bored so i did this

this monter can not be normal sommoned flip sommoned or exept by removing chaos command magician from play from your field,hand or graveyard.your opponent cannot sommon any monsters higher than 7 stars.also yous opponent cannot use any trap cards as long as this card remains on the field.
